A good step in the EC rated DS game direction Feb 16, 2009
By Chelly 'Mom of Two' I got this for my 4 year old son to play on a long car ride. He hadn't really played much with a DS before other than my daughter's Mario Kart game. He loves this game and although some people complain that it can be conquered in 30 minutes that's what we love about it. He doesn't get frustrated with it and he is entertained for hours. His favorite part is dressing the Wonder Pets in silly cosutmes. Even my 7 year old plays it! It's a great learning game and it's great for DS beginners to get familiar with the controls and features on the DS.

It's the only Wonder Pets video game available... Nov 19, 2008
By E. Flowers I echo the other review - the game is just a quick cash-grab. There is no production value, very little content, and the voices and sound effects aren't the same as the show.
Even my 3 year old autistic son, who I got this game so we could play it together, could tell that it wasn't the real deal.
We love the Wonder Pets in this house, but this game was an insult to Linny, Tuck, and Ming-Ming too.

Not at all big or tough, even for a four year old... Nov 01, 2008
By C. Nelson Not impressed by this product at all. There is very little content here, even for [...]. My four year old completed all animal rescues and all schoolhouse games in about 25 minutes. The graphics are alright- they are basically stills from the episodes of the show - but that is about all they got right. The voice acting is terrible and has none of the show's cheerfulness. The music is just aweful -- just bad MIDI compositions. They didn't even bother to use the theme song from the show. Even the characteristic rattle of the tin can telephone has been replaced here with an actual telephone ringing sound. As for game play, each animal rescue is broken up into a couple or three minigames that last about a minute or two each. The minigames are pretty repetitive through all of the missions. This game has little or no replay value and I really couldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great game for 2-4 year olds. Apr 16, 2009

This is the perfect game for little ones just getting adjusted to DS. My 3 year old and 4 year old got this for their first game and really enjoyed it. Easy enough to learn on. They love wonder pets so this game was a natural fit. Not very challenging for children who are already good at DS systems.

Great for early childhood- like it says! Jan 17, 2009
By M. S. English My 3 year old little girl loved playing with her 10 year old brother's DS so much that we got her one. This is the only early childhood game I have been able to find and she absolutely loves it! Of course it's easy to get through. That way the little ones won't get discouraged and give up. They get it because they are told how to do it. It teaches them to follow instructions. My little girl thinks it's great and so do I! I only wish they would come out with something that helps them learn their numbers and letters now for the DS. Maybe with Elmo! Buy this for a 2 or 3 year old and you will not be disappointed.
