The Madness of Layton Jul 24, 2010 Bought this game and am simply amazed at how good it is. Sat with my girlfriend for 3 hours trying to solve the puzzles. Very challenging and entertaining stuff.
Review for Professor Layton Jul 02, 2010 I think professor layton is a great game. It is a challenging, exciting and fun DS game. Help Luke and the professor solve mysterious puzzles to find out the cause of Dr Shrandzer's death. You can also create newacounts in different files
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box: High-Quality Mystery Jun 24, 2010 As you might already be able to tell, I love this game. The animation style is great, something you don't find anywhere else. The music is terrific and also one-of-a-kind as far as I know. But of course the most important part is the puzzles. Professor Layton is a puzzle game and the overall quality of the game rests almost completely on the quality of the puzzles, which is terrific. As a caveat, I would caution younger players that if they have little interest in puzzles, this is not the game for you. The puzzles range from easy to wildly difficult, but some time and ESPECIALLY thinking outside the box will allow success. Most puzzles hinge on the ability of the player to think outside the box. On the other hand, if you aren't afraid of a little thinking, this game is charming and terrific, benefiting from the great backbone of puzzles, as well as the entertaining storyline and terrific graphics and music. If you like puzzles, this is the game for you.
Prof. Layton and the Diabolical Box Jun 10, 2010 This game captured my attention from the get-go! I couldn't put it down....I found the puzzles very intriguing. Can't wait to see the next in this series.

Great game to have if you have a DS May 24, 2010 I got this game around a year back but never could finish it till quite recently. What I like about this game is that it preserves the flavor of the original game in the series (Curious Village) and continues to provide hours of fun with innovative puzzles and great animation. Thankfully, in this installment, some of the puzzles are not as tough as the ones in the original where some puzzles took hours to finish. Without spoiling the fun, the final puzzle is one of the best I have ever come across. It took me a while to figure out but eventually when I did, it was quite satisfying. In short, it is a must have game in case you have a DS.
