A sleek, thin case Mar 29, 2011
By T. VanderWoude This silicone sleeve is thinner than I expected. It has an okay fit, not too loose, but not snug either. I'm pleased that it is a clear color though (the product photos almost make it appear white, but the blue on my 3DS shows through. Just like the description says it has openings for all ports and anything else you need to access except the SD Card. The case is very smooth and soft to the touch-- I don't think it will collect dirt/dust like other silicone cases I've had.
Overall, it a decent product for the price. It's thickness may not provide much protection from impact, but it will keep your 3DS clean and free of scratches. I only wish that it was just a little thicker and had a tighter fit, but those issues are very minor. One big issue that I didn't realize at first was that with the case on the 3DS cannot fit in the charging cradle.
UPDATE: The more I use this, the more I like it. It's very comfortable to use and makes handling the 3DS a little easier. Also, on the issue of not fitting in the charging cradle, its not as big of a deal as I originally thought. Because the top portion goes on first, you can easily remove the bottom to allow it to sit in the cradle. The only thing I'm worried about now is the very thin strip of silicone beneath the top screen breaking. It handled carefully it shouldn't though.

The Seller Was Amazing... But the Sleeve :/ Sep 01, 2011
By Mary Rosaso As much as I want to love it (partially because the manufacturer is really really great) I just couldn't...:
The Pros:
It's an opaque white color, which is really nice, as the blue shines through it and makes the Aqua Blue a really nice Matte Aqua. The silicone feels nice to the touch.
And now.. THE CONS:
The fit is not as snug as I'd like, particularly this piece on the bottom part of the top screen (it's a thin, long strip of silicone). It has an awkward fit there and waggles all the time. After a couple of months, it becomes too loose for my taste. It's thinness might have contributed to this. Also, the lack of opening for the SD card slot did become a huge annoyance for me.
Also, the silicone makes it hard for me to place it in a case for travel, because it tends to want to "stick" to other materials. I ended up buying a DSiXL case just so I wouldn't have an issue.
And a side note:
This is NOT an issue for me, as I hardly use it, but for those who care, IT DOES NOT FIT IN THE CHARGING CRADLE WITH CASE ON! Actually, no case does or probably ever will unless it's THAT thin, so this did not affect my review. :]
Also, please note though, I do play the 3DS VERY frequently, so touching and the movement of my hands might have caused my issues. I also did an immense amount of travel which probably lead to it not being as carefully taken care of. Also, the fact that I had to move one side to get the SD card out a lot obviously has a lot to do with it not being as fitted after a while.
I'm positive if you're the complete opposite of me, this will work for you. If this describes you, a hard case is my suggestion!

A very well made, low profile case for the Nintendo 3DS. Apr 07, 2011
By joshuapingley The first thing that attracted me to this case was that it is rubber and they had a clear option to be able to see the pretty blue still. To my surprise, the case is really thin and seems really well made! I think I may actually keep it on my 3DS for the life of the device!

Nintendo 3DS Silicone Sleeve - Clear Mar 31, 2011
By 9ok3m0m The silicone sleeve is soft and smooth and fits the system well. It also protects the area on either side of the top screen around the speakers from scratches. The "clear" color makes it easy to see the pretty blue of the system's cover. However my only complaint is that the sleeve hinders the charging of the 3DS system in it's charging dock. But, other than that I belive this silicone sleeve is a good way to keep your 3DS system clean, dirt and scratch free.
cover and protect it. May 12, 2012
By Pam It does what it's for cover and protect. It is rubbery. It does not cover all of the nintendo 3Ds. And there is limited on Colorado.
